Carole Pluckrose: Barking, Essex, United Kingdom; I am a theatre director, teacher and actor and throughout my career have had the opportunity to work consistently across these disciplines. Founding Arc with Clifford Oliver created a vehicle in which to experiment and develop our creative, artistic and educational work. Our notable successes including Fallen by Polly Teale and Kicking-Out ( Part of the Football Trilogy) by Clifford Oliver put us on the map, Leading Arc as its CEO offers the opportunity to foster and use the creative imaginations of our teams and partners to make exciting new theatre and drama work. I like to tread the line between "theatre as we know it" and how it is used as a direct and powerful social and political intervention. We are based at the Malthouse Studios in Barking. Specialties NLP, Education, Community safety , Knife and Gun crime, Diversity,Conflict Resolution Community, Policing,Policy and Strategy. Social Housing, Branding and identity. Creativity and the Arts,Sexual Health, Medical Ethics, Health and safety , Work Experience.,Team development, Youth Theatre.
